gogojl conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS / UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Registration
To access the full range of gogojl services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) gogojl account. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts will be suspended and all bonus winnings forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogojl username and password. gogojl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — not only at the point of withdrawal. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gogojl may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance. Players will be notified by email before fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period has elapsed may be closed.

gogojl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified and claimed it, any bonus already credited to the account will remain subject to its original wagering requirements.
Gameplay & Fair Use

- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any gogojl content without prior written consent.
All content on the gogojl platform — including but not limited to the gogojl logo, brand name, game graphics, user interface design, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of gogojl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of gogojl's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, gogojl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, technical failures, third-party payment provider delays, or actions taken by gogojl in enforcing these Terms. gogojl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. You may close your gogojl account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC verification is complete. gogojl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. gogojl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the gogojl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
